This is a lunch time movement session suited to all bodies. No yoga mats or gear required. You can even wear your work clothes if you wish. Show up for the whole time or half the time, depending on the length of your lunch break. 

When: Monday 23rd March 12pm-1pm
Where: Keirunga Gardens, Havelock North (near the flowers/homestead)
Cost: Koha (pay what you feel via cash or bank transfer)
What: Gentle standing movement session inspired by Qigong, Yoga & some of my favourite fitness moves. 
Intention: That you feel good, de-stress, improve your circulation and get fit & flexible! 

Because Depression cannot hit a moving target! That is my motto for when I have the winter blues. That being said, this event is weather dependent. If it is raining, we won't be doing it. If it is fine, we will be there. 

Do you have a desk job?
Do you drive a lot in your car?
Do you feel sluggish & unmotivated?
Do you struggle to find the time to exercise? 

This is for you! 

No hassle. No minimum amount of time. No worries about cost because it is pay what you can. This is as accessible as it can get for getting yourself moving. 

Beginners, those with injuries, the very young or the elderly - you are ALL WELCOME.
