This is a Community Koha Class for everybody, regardless of whether you're brand new to Yoga or a seasoned Yogi.

These pop up classes will run from 8am-9am on Sundays Feb 23rd, March 9th and March 16th. They'll be outside on the lawn. So drive right up to the Peak House or even take a walk up from the lower carpark for a morning warm up. 

After Yoga head into the Restaurant to have your morning caffeine fix and breakfast sorted!


Please bring along cash for your contribution, your own Mat or Towel and dress accordingly to the weather as it is outside. This will also be weather dependant, so keep an eye on this facebook event and my stories the morning of if it's raining, I'll update it.


It's been a couple of years since I guided these Community classes on the lawn up at Peak House! But I love them and I love to both practice and teach yoga outside. Nature heals the soul, movement nurtures the body, connecting to the breath cultivates presence, and stillness brings inner peace to the mind.
