These sessions aim to bring you into a deep relaxed state where you can release stress and tension allowing your body, mind and soul to feel rejuvenated. Immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations where you’ll be carried gently into a space of calmness and peace. Adults only and 16 yrs plus (youth to be accompanied by an adult) What to bring for your comfort: A yoga mat/roll up garden cushion pad or sleeping bag Blanket/cushion or pillow Drink of water How to book: £15.00 pp ( non refundable unless I cancel) please check availability before booking. This may include those with Vertigo (vibrations may dislodge inner ear crystals). Not suitable for those with: • Implanted medical devices - Pacemaker. defibrillators, cochlear implants or Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS). -vibrations can interfere devices. • Metal implants/plates/ball joints etc - may cause uncomfortable vibrations (await at least 6 weeks with medical approval before attending session). • Epilepsy - sound may trigger seizures or other related symptoms . • First Trimester Pregnancy/History of miscarriages. • Very low blood pressure. • Severe or Clinical Mental Health Problems . • Recent Surgery or Injury - particularly involving nerve damage(suggest waiting till wounds are healed). • Brain Injury/Concussion - sound may stimulate existing symptoms causing discomfort. • Unresolved Trauma. • Specific Educational Needs - sound may trigger some behaviours. **unless their medical professional has given them advice and is allowed to attend.
