Refund Policy

Changes, Refunds, and Cancellations

Once tickets have been purchased, they are non-refundable. Instead, you may transfer the ticket to another person and must notify us in writing at info@dancefestivalincuba.com no later than 3:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the event.
After the event has begun, if it has to be permanently suspended for any reason beyond the organizers' control, such as (heavy rain in the case of outdoor events, fights or any incident involving guests and non-staff members, violence inside or outside the venue, closure of the event by local authorities, etc.), no refund will be issued by the Event.
Ritmo Cuba reserves the right to cancel the event. In the event of cancellation, Ritmo Cuba will offer a 100% refund to all event participants.
Although an indicative program has been published on the Ritmo Cuba website, the organizers reserve the right to change any element of the program, including artists, performers, and excursions.
In the event that the event is forced to be postponed for reasons beyond the organizers' control (force majeure), all fully paid tickets will be transferred to the new event date.
