Join a 12-week yoga program designed to support your body and mind through the winter season. From January 7th to March 25th, we meet every Wednesday for two complementary classes:
- Vinyasana Slow Flow 18:15–19:05.
- Restorative Yoga 19:15–20:00.
This course offers a balanced combination of movement, mobility, strength, deep relaxation, and breathwork. You can choose one class per evening — or enjoy both for a fuller experience.

🧘🏻♀️Vinyasana Slow Flow
A dynamic yet gentle practice that blends strength, mobility, and fluid transitions. The first session introduces simplified cardio-based movements to energize and strengthen the body and mind.
🧘🏼Restorative Yoga
A calm, rejuvenating session focused on overall health, muscular and skeletal balance, and nervous system support. Gentle postures and breathing exercises help promote deep rest and recovery.
✨Flexible Class Passes
Class passes allow you to attend whenever it suits you and can be used for one or both classes on the same evening.

About the Instructor
My name is Diana Dimore, and I have over 15 years of personal yoga practice and has been teaching since 2023. I am trained through Aligned Yoga School (USA) and is currently deepening my knowledge with a specialization in yoga anatomy. Classes are taught in English with clear, accessible guidance suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
