This time, we’re breaking the silence on ANXIETY. Join us as speaker Cari Gaunt, Counselor, MAMFC, LPC-S, walks us through how to move away from anxiousness toward a posture of trust, mindfulness, and faithfulness. Together, we’ll explore practices that help train both body and mind for healing, while recognizing that anxiety is a real part of living in a broken world. Through biblical reflection and practical examples, Gaunt will help us to reframe anxiety, not as something to eliminate, but as something to meet with grace. We will discuss shifting us from perfection to faithfulness, from isolation to community, and ultimately toward deeper dependence on God’s presence and peace.
