- **Event Description**: For those who are coping… but tired. A supportive community space to pause, learn practical tools and reconnect.

In collaboration with The Oak House Studio & Therapies, I’m delighted to launch The Mental Wellbeing Club, a weekly community space offering accessible, human-centred mental wellbeing support.

This is a space for those moments in life when you’re not necessarily in crisis, but you feel overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out, or simply in need of somewhere safe to pause and reconnect.

So many people fall into the gap between coping and crisis. Professional services are often stretched or only available once things escalate. The Mental Wellbeing Club exists in that important in-between space, providing preventative support rooted in safety, education and meaningful connection.

Each session offers a gentle structure where you can:
• Learn practical tools to support your mental wellbeing
• Understand how stress impacts your nervous system
• Take time to pause and reset
• Connect with others in a supportive environment

There is no pressure to talk or share. The first step is simply showing up and allowing yourself to be in a space that feels safe.

Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, or simply want to build better emotional resilience, you are warmly welcome.

Together we create a space where people feel seen, heard and supported.

This space may be right for you if:
• You often feel overwhelmed or mentally exhausted
• You’re coping, but it feels harder than it used to
• You’re experiencing burnout or chronic stress
• You feel stuck or disconnected from yourself
• You’re navigating life changes or transitions
• You want to learn practical tools to support your mental wellbeing
• You would value a safe, supportive community space

You are welcome exactly as you are. There is no expectation to speak or share, participation is always optional.

Sometimes the most powerful first step is simply showing up for yourself.
