In partnership with the Public Health Team at Hertfordshire County Council, and the Office of the High Sheriff of Hertfordshire, we are inviting us to join us to explore how we can work together across sectors, to help individuals feel better, build connections and build healthier, greener communities.Our objectives for this seminar are:Join us, and help us shape the next phase for Green Social prescribing in Hertfordshire.Hear from sector leaders and successful practitioners.Help us unlock the power of nature to improve the health and wellbeing of Hertfordshire’s residents.Green Social Prescribing connects people with nature-based activities like walking groups, gardening, and conservation, to support mental and physical health. It’s not just for social prescribers.
