Through long, supported holds and mindful breath, we’ll invite space into the body and clarity into the heart. Together, we’ll reflect, set personal intentions, and create a calm foundation for the year to come.

Come as you are—no resolutions required, just a willingness to slow down, breathe deeply, and begin again.

What to bring: cozy layers (wear your pj's), journal (optional), and an open heart.
