  I will be hosting a Woman circle at 1pm on the last Sunday of each month . 
   The event will be hosted at The Yoga Space, in a warm and comfortable room in Hastings?

    I will be hosting a gathering of women with the intentions to share experiences and relish in each other's company. It is the ultimate safe space, a place where women can commune, open up and feel seen and heard. We will find together some healing within us, connect and share some love to each other via different activities. By creating a women's circle, one has the opportunity to tap into the transformative power of sisterhood and shared experiences.?

    During this event, I will offer some Sacred Cacao coming from Peru. This ceremonial grade cacao is a powerful tool for spiritual growth and connection. In traditional indigenous ceremonies, cacao is often used as a way to connect with the spirit world and induce a state of mindfulness and relaxation. That will help us to connect deeply with ourselves, our guides and each other. ✨ 

    It will be a simple moment to connect and meet each other, have some relaxing time and some fun. We will have a time for breath work, yoga , meditation, healing, sharing experiences, sending the intentions , visualisation etc...  If you want to host an activity you like spiritual, art or anything you feel comfortable with please let me know . ? We are all egual during this event , all Sisters. 

 Please come with some comfortable cloth, a yoga Matt, a cup, your water bottle, a blanket and a pillow . ✨? 

 I am asking $40 for that event, we will gather for 4 hours. If you can't afford it please send me a message I am happy to speak about exchanges or Koha ???

    For the creation of the Sacred Altar please bring anything you want to bless, or anything connected to the elements : shell, paua, feathers, incense, crystals.. Feel free to collect flowers, rocks, leafs, wood sticks, in the path, with gratitude from Mama Earth ?
