Youth Library Council

The Youth Library Council (YLC) offers teens ages 13 to 18 from all over Adams County the opportunity to have input in the way the Hastings Public Library serves teens.

Join YLC to connect with others, make new friends, gain leadership skills, earn community service hours, help plan programs, and more!

Ages 13-18. YLC will meet in Meeting Room A. Join Teen Underground before the meeting at 4pm in the Makerspace.
