– Monday: Throwback Mondays (fun 90s/2000s cardio dance)
– Wednesday: Ballet Burn (low-impact sculpt & stretch)
– Friday: HipFit (high-energy hip hop groove)
? All beginner-friendly, all about moving in a way that feels good

? Childcare? Yes please!
Kids are welcome in the same room while you move — so you can keep an eye on them while we keep them happy.
Our cozy, supervised play space is perfect for little ones.
