The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. with signature cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by shrimp and grits, a seasonal roasted vegetable salad, an entrée featuring local vegetables and sausage, and coconut bread pudding with homemade cinnamon ice cream for dessert. Wine will be served with the dinner courses, with water and coffee also available.
