WHAT TO EXPECT:
First on the menu: Tod Man Khao Pod - Thai corn fritters. This delicious, crispy starter will be the perfect introduction to our workshop.

Watch chef Wandee guide you through the traditional methods of preparing this dish, emphasising the importance of using fresh, high-quality ingredients to achieve the perfect flavour profile. 

Prepare your own dish. Learn how to adjust the spice levels to suit your palate, whether you prefer a mild kick or a volcanic explosion of heat that will leave your taste buds tingling.

Next, we will dive into the preparation of an all-time favourite: Thai green curry, with our chefs sharing their tips and tricks, ensuring that you grasp the techniques required to recreate these dishes with confidence.  Under our chefs' guidance, you will discover the secrets to crafting a luscious green curry that surpasses anything you might find at your local takeaway. 

From selecting the right herbs and spices to mastering the art of balancing flavours, you will gain invaluable skills that will elevate your cooking. The use of fresh coconut milk, aromatic green curry paste, a medley of authentic vegetables and proteins will allow you to create a dish that is rich, creamy, and bursting with flavour.

After the demonstration, you will pair up with fellow participants to put your newfound knowledge into practice, recreating these amazing dishes under the watchful eye of our expert chefs. They will be on hand to offer guidance and answer any questions you may have.

With detailed recipe sheets provided, along with all the measured ingredients prepped and ready for you, the process will be seamless and enjoyable. 

And don’t worry about the clean-up; we will take care of the washing up for you, allowing you to focus entirely on the joy of cooking, learning and eating.
