Pilates & Ponies

Step out of the studio and onto the ranch for an unforgettable Pilates experience! This unique, all-levels class is held outdoors, where the fresh air and stunning scenery will energize your workout. As you move through a series of classic mat Pilates exercises, you'll be treated to a one-of-a-kind view overlooking a peaceful pen of ponies.

Connect with your core and with nature in this class that combines strengthening and stretching with the serene beauty of the outdoors. You'll leave feeling refreshed, restored, and totally revitalized.
