What to Expect
✔️ Gentle grounding & simple warm-up exercises at 10:00
✔️ We begin walking around 10:10
✔️ A steady seafront walk towards Hastings Pier
– You choose your pace: we have one facilitator walking faster and one staying with the slowest pace
✔️ Time to breathe, move, settle your nervous system, and enjoy friendly company
✔️ Returning around 11:00 AM
✔️ A warm, non-judgemental community for calm, connection and gentle conversation

? This is not a fitness group or therapy session.
It is a neuroaffirming, nature-based wellbeing space to move, reset, co-regulate, and simply be yourself.

Weather Plan:
?️ If the weather is dry or lightly drizzly - we walk.
?️ If the weather is very bad, we meet for a cosy Coffee & Chat inside the East Hastings Sea Angling Association Café (opposite the Hastings Lifeboat Station).
Just come inside and find us.
