Our Your Own Yoga offerings are a celebration of community as we come together to share a life-nourishing practice that honours the uniqueness of our individual bodies and spirits in collective harmony.

This practice is suitable for beginners and is offered for koha (monthly memberships for all Your Own Yoga offerings are also available if this suits better).
