The purpose of this course is to provide you with a solid foundation in leadership principles and practical skills to apply in real-world situations.

The course spans two days, covering eight modules that focus on the most important knowledge a new leader requires. These modules deliver hands-on skills rooted in leadership theory.

This course is suitable for people who are new to leadership and would like the theory and practice that provides a foundation for a successful leadership career. It is also beneficial for those who have been in a new role for a while that requires some leadership expertise.
