Eating Clean is a workshop that addresses the fundamental requirements and simple to implement strategies to meet the fuel needs of the body to look good, feel great, and function better.
Not that long ago in historical terms we didn’t have processed foods, mass agriculture, or the levels of pollution and toxicity we face today.
Our bodies cleanse naturally, but they have not evolved fast enough to keep up with the increasing toxic load our modern diet exposes us to.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
- - The one thing you should eat at EVERY meal
- - You can't just eat less or work it off in the gym
- - Common "health foods" to avoid at all costs
Tickets = $15 per person (includes an Eating Clean dinner - if you have any special dietary requirements, please mention this when you register)
