- **Event Description**: Dunkin’® is celebrating the grand opening of its newest Hastings restaurant, located at 8800 West Church Street, on Friday, Jan. 9. Beginning at 8 a.m., the first 100 Dunkin’ Rewards members in line at this location will receive a free medium hot or iced coffee for 100 days in the Dunkin’ app.* Guests must be existing Dunkin’ Rewards members or sign up onsite at the event to qualify.   From 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., the community is invited to enjoy complimentary Dunkin’ giveaways, donut decorating, face painting, samples, a chance to spin the Dunkin’ prize wheel, and a special appearance from Dunkin's mascot, Cuppy.   Photos for consideration: https://spaces.hightail.com/space/mrl92dvXxs   At 9 a.m., local Dunkin’ franchisees John and Jean Griffey and Brian and Beth Ramos of St. Johns Donuts will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside members of the Hastings community.  Following the  ceremony, the  Hastings  Dunkin’  franchise  network  will present a $5,000 donation to Pie in the Sky, a local nonprofit organization in St. Johns County dedicated to ending senior hunger.  The new 1,600-square-foot restaurant employs 25 crew members and is open 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. With Dunkin’s NextGen restaurant design, the store features a convenient drive thru, modern atmosphere and innovative technologies, including:  Premium Pours: Dunkin’s signature cold beverages are poured through an innovative tap system, serving a variety of consistently cold sips, such as iced coffee, iced tea, Cold Brew, and Nitro-Infused Cold Brew (a Next Gen exclusive!). Crew members also use top-quality, flavor-maximizing espresso machines to make handcrafted drinks to order.  Dunkin’ on Demand: Dunkin’ has introduced an area dedicated to mobile pickups so that members of the Dunkin’® Rewards program who order ahead via Dunkin’s Mobile App can get in and out of the restaurant faster than ever before. For all orders placed for pick up inside the restaurant, guests will be able to track the status of their order via a new digital order status board.  A Modern Design: The openness, colors, and materials used in the design help create an approachable, positive, and energetic environment.
