The VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program is an IRS-sponsored initiative working with United Way of St. Johns County and other community partners.
Please note: The program is unable to prepare the following tax forms and situations:
Schedule C with losses
Rental properties
Some Schedule K-1 forms
Form SS-5 (Request for Social Security Number)
Form 8606 (Non-deductible IRA)
Form 8615 (Minor’s investment income)
Form SS-8 (Worker status determination)
Parts 4 & 5 of Form 8962 (Premium Tax Credits)
