5 Ritmes is een vorm van Conscious Dance die je dieper in contact brengt met je lichaam. De 5 verschillende ritmes: vloeiend, staccato, chaos, lyrisch en stilte helpen om onze levensenergie te stimuleren. Ze faciliteren een diepe en oneindige exploratie, ze zorgen ervoor dat de danser verder beweegt dan de zelf-opgelegde grenzen en isolatie.

We dansen op blote voeten, woorden laten we op de dansvloer achterwege zodat onze lichamen kunnen uitdrukken wat onze woorden niet kunnen zeggen.
