Fort Worth Animal Care & Control invites you to the 2nd Annual P.A.W.S. for Patriots Celebration, an uplifting afternoon honoring our veterans and supporting shelter pets in need of loving homes.

Come out for a family-friendly day of connection, community, and compassion. This year’s event includes:
🇺🇸 The 22 Ruck March, walk our campus trails in honor of the 22 veterans lost each day to suicide. You’ll have the chance to walk alongside adoptable shelter pets.
💉 Free pet vaccines for veterans and current service members
🇺🇸 Guided tours of our shelter and the P.A.W.S. for Patriots program
🍔 Free food and refreshments for all attendees
🤝 Veteran Resource Fair with local and state organizations offering support services for veterans and their families
🎖️ Plus, we’ll be recognizing the 250th birthdays of the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps, a celebration of strength, unity, and service.
