Start your morning with an unforgettable test of strength speed agility and endurance in the Fort Worth Showdown. This high energy event brings our community together through dynamic challenges designed to push limits and build camaraderie! All levels welcome.

Singles- 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Compete on your own and see what you are made of as you take on every challenge solo.

Doubles- 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Grab a partner and take on the events together testing teamwork grit and drive.

Fort Worth Showdown is BACK!!

Please promote this event in your class daily! Let’s reach a goal of 100 participants! Invite athletes of all ages, from all classes to participate! Let’s make this a HUGE community event for Fort Worth!

Coaches Talking Points:
* Saturday January 10th - 8:00am - 9:30am Individual / 9:30am - 11:00am Doubles
* This event is for members, however, they are welcome to invite guests (using their guest pass) to participate as either individuals or doubles.
* Cost: $15 / Will receive a T-shirt!
* We will not be handing out placement awards. The awards/specific recognitions will be more community focused this year, with the expectation of turning up the competitive dial next time.
* Demo videos will be released within the week with the do’s and don’ts of each station.
* Registration is done through Exerp and it is currently open and ready to go!
* Please encourage your athletes to train with a goal in mind, whether that be increased stamina, proficiency of events, a specific goal time, or for completion!
