We’re excited to introduce a small, supportive exercise group designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease.

This 8-week program focuses on improving:
• Balance
• Coordination
• Strength
• Mobility

All sessions are led in a warm, encouraging environment where participants can feel comfortable, supported, and empowered.
