6. Hand Positions: Learn the basic hand Positions used in Reiki healing and practice giving and receiving energy.
7. Self-Healing Techniques: Master self-healing techniques to address physical, emotional, and mental imbalances within yourself. Clearing and managing your energy for healing.
8. Healing Others: Develop the skills and confidence to perform Reiki on family and friends.
