Teams of 2. One big course. Zero excuses.
You and your partner will take on:
🏃♂️ Run loops
❄️ SkiErg/Row
🛷 Sled push & pull
🎯 Wall balls
💪 Farmer carries
🧱 Sandbag squats
🥵 Burpee broad jumps
💥 Slams, sit-ups & a brutal synchro lunge finisher
Split the work however you want – just get it done. Fastest time wins.
👉 Divisions:
• Open
• Intermediate
• Beginner / Social
(Mixed, male, and female pairs all welcome)
