$10.00 Fee to participate (Cash, or Card - pay at event : Cashapp $HERSSoftball - Prepay)
Participants must sign a waiver before competing.
All participants must check in by 5:45pm to participate
Each Female participant provides their own Bat (no restrictions)
All Male participants will use bat provided by H.E.R.S. league (or otherwise approved 28inch or smaller)
Registration for event will close on Wednesday August 19th at 11:00pm

General Rules:
Underhand slow-pitch (Pitching machine will be used)
First pitch for new batter may be used as a practice and will not count towards 10 swings or homerun if cleared fence (batter may opt out)
Event officials have final judgment on fair/foul and home run calls.
Unsportsmanlike conduct results in immediate disqualification.

Round One
Each batter receives 10 swings.
Any fair ball that clears the fence counts as 1 Home Run.
Fouls, line drives, fly balls that stay in the park, and swings/misses count as swings but not home runs.

Semifinal
Top 4 hitters receive 10 swings.
Top 2 (male & Female) advance to the Championship.

Championship Round
Finalists receive 10 swings.
Most home runs wins.

Tie Breaker
Tied participants receive 3 additional swings.
If still tied, continue with 1 swing each until a winner is determined.
