- **Event Description**: Join us for a transformative 50-minute Movement Meditations class, where movement, meditation and creativity converge. We will begin with either imagery or poetry to set the tone for our journey inward, followed by a grounding warm-up to prepare your body and mind. Guided movement meditations will help you explore and release emotions, cultivate inner awareness and inspire creativity. We will culminate in Savasana meditation, inviting relaxation, release of daily stressors and integration of our experience.
*Please bring water, a yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing. Class will be held on the second floor in Our Sacred Space Yoga.

Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:20pm

INVESTMENT:

$15 one class OR $39 for three classes

ABOUT THE TEACHER:

With over 35 years of dance experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Dance and Theater from Coker University, Leslie brings a rich artistic background to her Movement Meditations classes. She is certified in Isadora Duncan Dance Studies with the Isadora Duncan International Institute, NY. Leslie has performed nationally and internationally and is passionate about sharing the transformative power of movement with others. Through her teaching, she aims to inspire students to cultivate mindfulness, self-awareness and creativity.
