They will give you a deeper understanding of the issues, going far beyond generic nutritional advice, so that you will feel inspired to make some delicious changes. Most chronic diseases, such as diabetes and heart disease, are associated with chronic inflammation, so learning to use food as medicine is a tool you should not ignore! You will sample various therapeutic foods throughout the morning, learn through hands-on activities, and go home with a handy recipe guide and an anti-inflammatory drink mix.
