Sound Bodies Sound Bath

Join Ruby, the Conscious Crone as she crafts a calm space for this sound bath and meditation event.

We are connecting in with the mind and invite you to join us for a green tea. This is very good for helping to calm both the mind and the gut.

We will have a beautiful mindful moment with it as we go on a guided meditation.

The sound will follow and will compliment this deeper still.

You are welcome to bring along a journal for quiet reflection afterwards.
