We meet, have a coffee/tea and biscuits welcome time and then start the meditation in a relaxed seating position. In the first phase we relax the body and the mind and then go into a led spiritual journey drawing on the experience of the desert Fathers. It is  within the silence and the space we make for it that we encounter a deep peace.

These meditations improve wellbeing, bring an inner peace eliminating stress and can bring hope and a refocus on our lives meaning.

You will be very welcome, you have nothing to lose trying this and may well have a lot to gain. This could be the New Years resolution you were looking for?

We aim finish by 3pm but sometimes people want to stay on and chat.
