Join us for our annual commemoration of the Bombardment of the Hartlepools.

08.10 Gun fires to mark the beginning of the 1 minute silence
08.11 Gun fires
08.12 Welcome
08.15 The reading of names and laying of crosses
08.25 Wreath laying
08.35 End of commemoration service

Please do join us back at the museum after the commemorations. We have two excellent new exhibitions, a book signing and guided tours of the recent conservation works from 8.45 until 3pm. The museum is open free of charge for all activities, please leave a donation if you are able.
