The benefits are:- The elimination of the need to organise cheque signing and physically handing over cheques to the Peoples Centre. The ability to operate if Virgin Money decide to close their bank in            Hartlepool as well as enable payment of bill electronically. Enable easier changes to Bank Mandate Authorities.
