This will be the third year sharing in this beautiful historical building and I love the energy of the space and cannot wait to return! We will be settled within the main hall, with a small wait in the with high ceilings, fairy lights, candles and christmas spirit.During this session you will be guided to rest, wrapped in your cosy layers, releasing the tight grip of tension and stress. Come and pause life for a while as we step away from the busy pace around the Christmas period. Settle into relaxation with a guided meditation, mindful breathing techniques to soothe the nervous system, lie down to immerse yourself in a dreamy soundscape where your body fully relaxes and your mind finds peace.Throughout the sound bath, participants will lie down for the entire duration, allowing the brain to transition through states of rest and sleep. Experience the sounds as they flow around the room, with gentle hints of essential oils in the air. This is a relaxation session where you can give yourself permission to rest, come and let everything relax and release.
