With a gentle, playful approach, she loves creating meaningful moments for families to slow down, breathe, and move together—especially in the spirit of summer."Shine Like the Sun, Stand Like a Tree" is a playful and grounding family yoga class where little ones and their grown-ups move, breathe, and grow together!
