Get ready for a session that will leave you inspired, energized, and equipped—no matter the size of your business or team. Even if you’re a one-woman show building your dream from the ground up, this presentation will help you shape a culture that people want to be part of, grow in, and carry forward.
What makes a culture stick? What makes it meaningful? What makes it something others talk about, believe in, and feel connected to?
In this presentation, you’ll hear simple but powerful ways to create a work culture that lasts. Whether you're running a business, leading a small team, or imagining what’s next, you’ll walk away encouraged and armed with practical, doable ideas for building a space where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
We’ll explore servant leadership, personal growth, and helping others chase their goals — all rooted in the belief that, as Truett Cathy said, “A great company is a caring company.”
