This class starts with the beginning of the oldest form of Usui Reiki, as this was a rediscovered art.

We will begin to develop your lifestyle daily practice that will have positive cognitive results in a mindful way.

You will learn that our bodies have this amazing ability to initiate our own ability to help heal ourselves through this practice,

The ambiance of Rigpa Meditation is like the ocean in the identity with present awareness cognition that experiences sensory information just as the water of the oceans holds throughout and saturates all ocean creatures.
This is represented by the boundless ocean mandala in which the fishes of our Century experience and swim.
This is where we begin the experience of honoring, maintaining, and protecting our energy field through judgments that are not ours to make. This is Rigpa - Awakened Awareness.
