22 Brides at The Sounding Board

22 Brides is a band formed by sisters Carrie and Libby Johnson. Known for their story telling lyrics, lush harmonies and melodic, introspective Pop-Folkrock/Americana songs, they were signed to Universal/Zero Hour Records, released 3 critically acclaimed albums (22 Brides, Beaker, and Demolition Day) and toured North America extensively. While the sisters went on to establish solo careers, they continue to perform and record.

22 Brides released "Beautiful Ones" in 2022, with proceeds going to the global non-profit ALTSO. Their latest single, "Wandering Soul" dropped in December 2024. The band is currently gearing up for releasing new music in 2026 and spring/summer touring!
