2026 Southeast Coleman Collectors Spring Gathering Hartford.

Mark your calendars for spring. April 16-19+-. (-+ I know some people like to come early and stay late) I’m planning for us to have our 2026’ spring gathering at Foxfire Riverside Campground. I know allot of us haven’t been able to make the last one there on Halloween, and they were shut down for a year, so it would be nice to get everyone as much as possible back here to try and give them some support. They have been really good to us in accommodating us over the years. Even planning 6 months in advanced I’ve found it very difficult to find a place comparable with as much freedom as Hartford has. Everyone needs to make there reservations for RV, Cabins, electric/water sites themselves. The rest of the tenters/popups (no electric) camping area peoples just send me a message so I can get a head count like we have always done in the past. Once I get a good head count I’ll let everyone know a discounted per person per day rate to pay the campground when you get there.
Spread the word I’d like for this to be a homecoming of sorts and get some folks to come that we haven’t seen in a while. More details to come later. Just want everyone to know so they can start planning now and putting PTO requests in and such. I’ll be asking questions on this page and the group on suggestions of what kind of food we may want to do for a potluck on Saturday.. everyone be sifting thru ur projects piles this winter and bring plenty to buy sale and trade.
