CPR Training & Awareness

A free session tonight, provided by Crowborough Community First Responders @CrowboroughCFRs covering how to perform CPR, using a Defibrillator and placing someone in the Recovery Position. This friendly session aims to provide you with the knowledge and confidence to know what to do if the unthinkable happens - it really can save lives.

There’s no need to book, you can just turn up!
