Rest and renew through gentle Restorative Yoga. All poses are fully supported with props to encourage deep relaxation, ease, and nervous system reset. Includes full moon reflections, readings, and seasonal themes. Class led by Amanda Valdez, Certified Yoga Teacher & Certified Relax & Renew® Level 1 Restorative Yoga Teacher.

$13 drop-in, buy a class pass (5 for $55, 10 for $110), or pay what you can.
