College football is famous for its historic rivalries, tribal fan bases, generations of families supporting the same schools, and bumper crowds - eight College Football stadiums have capacity crowds which exceed 100,000 people.University of Kansas vs Arizona State University marks the first college American football game to be played at Wembley Stadium, beginning the Union Jack Classic’s multi-year agreement to bring the sport to Wembley Stadium, establishing the national stadium as the destination for regular-season college football in the UK.It is tradition that both the marching bands and cheerleaders create a feverous atmosphere in the stadium, and this will be no different in London. Hundreds of musical instruments have been shipped to the UK in preparation for this game. Both the KU Marching Jayhawks and Arizona State Sun DevilMarching Band and both universities’ spirit squads will be performing at Wembley, bringing the traditional college football vibe to Wembley.College American football marching bands are large student musical groups that perform synchronised movements and play music during pre-game and halftime shows, and they will perform in tandem with the spirit squads – who will hype the crowd with performance stunts and execute complex dance routines. Alongside the marching bands and spirit squads, Kansas City-born hip hop artist Tech N9ne will headline the pre-game tailgate, alongside Logan Mac, DJ Special Ed, where fans are encouraged to get down early to soak up the atmosphere.At half-time, Brazilian violin duo B2wins join the marching bands, completing a packed programme of music and college football traditions throughout the day.
