Our whole philosophy is from seed to plate so you can get your Franchi San Marzano tomato seeds, your passata machine, your passata bottles, even then pasta and the olive oil etc.Paolo grew up the Italian way in London - in the garden in the kitchen and at the table, mushroom picking in Aldershot, Stanmore and Chorley Woods, foraging for chestnuts and blackberries and cooking with Nonna from an early age! Paolo is a seedsman and a multiple RHS medal winner, author of 'from seed to plate', Slow Food UK person of the year 2019 for his work on biodiversity and Slow Food Ark of taste endangered vegetables.Book up with a friend, parking available directly outside our unit but we recommend coming by tube (7 min walk from Harrow and Wealdstone Bakerloo/overground) bike or bus if you are local.
