This in-depth, targeted training will show you the way, with a focus on developing and implementing an evidence-informed PD programme that combines group rehearsal, lesson drop-ins and instructional coaching.

• How to upskill leaders and unite them around a shared vision for improving teaching and learning
• How to visit lessons and identify foci for PD
• How to use group rehearsal (deliberate practice) to develop teaching techniques and coaching expertise
• How to build culture and embed training through drop-ins

• In this highly practical training day, you’ll dig into the theory of effective PD, engage with models, and script and rehearse training that you can take back and deliver in your school(s)
