We’ll begin the day slowly with grounding breathwork, warming cacao, and a steady, nourishing asana practice designed to root you into your body and quiet the noise of the outside world.

A comforting, seasonal lunch will follow; food chosen to warm and sustain, supporting the shift towards Winter’s slower rhythm.

In the afternoon, we’ll nest into a deeply restorative yoga practice, supported by props and stillness, before being guided into a long, cosy Yoga Nidra to settle the nervous system and invite true rest. We’ll close the day with tea, gentle reflection, and space to land softly before returning home.
