Hula Fitness class

Looking for a fitness class that’s a little bit different, and a whole lot of fun? Come and give Hula Fitness a try!

It’s not just about spinning the hoop around your waist (although we do that too!).

These sessions are designed to improve core strength, coordination, and cardio fitness, while also working your arms and upper body with creative, hoop-based.

It’s a supportive, relaxed classes, full of laughs. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already a hoop pro, everyone is welcome.
