Your journey begins with a gentle, Reiki-infused guided meditation to help you drop out of your head and into your body.
From there, you will lie back and be immersed in the rich, cellular vibrations of Himalayan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Symphonic Gongs, Handpan, Native Flutes, and Chimes.
Think of it as a "sonic massage"—the therapeutic frequencies slow your brainwaves down into deep meditative states (Theta & Delta), allowing your body's natural healing and rest mechanisms to kick in.

🛋️ What to Bring for Maximum Comfort

To make your experience as cozy as possible, please bring:
A comfortable yoga mat or padded mat (a few spares are available if needed)
A warm blanket and a pillow/cushion for under your head or knees
An eye mask (highly recommended to block out light)
A water bottle to hydrate afterwards
Warm layers & thick socks (your body temperature drops as you relax)

📍 Event Details & Timings

Location: Friends Meeting House, 12a Queen Parade, Harrogate, HG1 5PP
Arrival: Doors open 15 minutes before the start time. Please arrive early to set up your cozy spot and settle in.
Prompt Start: To protect the quiet, meditative space for all guests, doors are locked when the session begins and late entry cannot be permitted.

Sound therapy is a gentle, non-invasive practice that is safe and deeply beneficial for most people. Please take note of the following guidance before booking:

Pregnancy: Soundbaths are generally safe throughout pregnancy and can be a wonderful way to relax. If you are in your first trimester, you are very welcome to attend if you feel comfortable doing so. We simply recommend setting up your mat slightly further back from the heavy gongs and low-frequency instruments for a softer experience.

Medical Implants: If you have a pacemaker or sound-sensitive medical implant, please consult your doctor before attending, or let us know so we can seat you at a comfortable distance.

Epilepsy & Health Conditions: If you suffer from unmanaged epilepsy, severe tinnitus, or acute mental health conditions, please reach out prior to booking so we can ensure the session is suitable for you.
