The Department of Virginia VFW proudly presents the first ever VFW Post 12225 Charity Cornhole tournament in support of VFW Post 12225 Guantanamo Bay Cuba.  You read that correctly!  The VFW has a Post at GITMO!  The Post and its 200+ members are #STILLSERVING!  While they continue to do the great work of the VFW supporting their members and the veteran community, they have a unique set of challenges and restrictions.

All of the funds from this charity event goes towards Post 12225.  The money raised from this event supports the Post and veterans in times of need;  they sponsor middle and high school students via the Patriot Pen and Voice of Democracy Essay Contests; they recognize exceptional teachers and first responders!
