Our monthly Big Bottle Events were created to offer our patrons a unique opportunity to expand their palates by sampling high end wines without the commitment of purchasing an entire bottle.
This November we are offering the chance to experience a California Bordeaux Blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cabernet Franc, 7% Petit Verdot, 3% Merlot, and 3% Malbec. Join us the weekend of the 28th for a chance to try
Oyster Ridge.
Crafted by California winery, Ancient Peaks, Oyster Ridge grapes are Hand-harvested and cold-soaked for enhanced depth, with over 90% fermented in small lots for optimal extraction. Aged 23 months in premium French oak (75% new), with only the finest barrels selected for the final blend, crafted for balance, complexity, and longevity.
A captivating blend that opens with aromas of plum, boysenberry, leather, cocoa, and toasted oak. The palate is rich and layered with black cherry, cassis, blueberry, and pomegranate, finishing long and plush with notes of cola, caramel, and earth. Elegant tannins and seamless structure promise beautiful aging potential.
